Flanders 1-3 month travel grants
The Research Foundation Flanders (FWO) offers 1-3 month grants for a scientific stay in Flanders, Belgium. The Flanders region of Belgium is home to 5 research universities, including Ghent, KU Leuven, VU Brussels, Antwerp and UHasselt, and 13 Universities of Applied Sciences (and Arts). There is also a vibrant network of strategic research centers, including imec (Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre) and centres active in life sciences, manufacturing and multidisciplinary research.
The grants cover travel costs and €1,650 per month. Your potential host researcher in Flanders must provide an invitation letter. The application must be submitted at least three months before departure. There is no fixed deadline.
